The National Summit brings together over 150 HR leaders from across the country for an experience, unlike the traditional HR Conference. Centered around site visits to some of the most innovative companies in Silicon Valley, participants will have the opportunity to network in a fun, relaxed environment while getting a sneak peek into our host organizations for tours and content. Back by popular demand, we are excited to be returning to the beautiful Claremont Hotel & Spa where peer-driven presentations and networking activities will be hosted prior to heading out on our “culture field trips”.

The Bay Area is home to some of the world's most innovative and dynamic companies, and we are proud to offer National Summit attendees a chance to experience their headquarters firsthand. Our hosted site visits provide a unique opportunity to see inside the walls of these cutting-edge corporations, learn about their history and culture, and witness the innovative work being done by their respective HR teams.
In 2023, were excited to visit Adobe Headquarters and Box Headquarters for our two hosted site visits!
Charity Auction/Casino Night
On the last day of our National Retreat, we host a charity auction and casino night to benefit the Greater Bay Area Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Since partnering with Make-A-Wish in 2017, The PEER 150 HR group granted several wishes! We’re honored to partner with such a prominent non-profit institution that fulfills the wishes of children between the ages of 2 1/2 and 18 who have critical illnesses.
In the U.S. and its territories, a wish is granted every 34 minutes. A wish can be that spark that helps these children believe that anything is possible and gives them the strength to fight harder against their illnesses.
